'Skills for Jobs’ S4J is a Swisscontact project mandated by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. The project aims to improve the quality and offer of Vocational Education and Training in Albania.

Since 2016, S4J works closely with 7 vocational and education training providers in the regions of Shkodër ('Hamdi Bushati' school), Lezhë ('Kolin Gjoka' school), Tiranë ('Gjergj Canco' school), Berat ('Kristo Isak' school) and Vlorë (Tregtare school; Industrial 'Pavarësia' school; and Vocational Training Center).
