General Scope
This course is designed to provide an introduction to PV Elite software.

At the end of the course delegates should be capable of modelling a typical pressure vessel with basic components (heads, shells, skirts etc.) and attaching details such as nozzles, weights, platforms, rings, lagging, fluids and applied loads.

The format of the course uses a number of examples to model the vessels to various design codes and add boundary loadings such as wind and seismic criteria.

The modelling of heat exchangers and the associated tubesheet design to various design codes is also addressed in terms of illustrated examples
