Dear Retired NFL Players, Families, Attorneys, and Advocates:
I sent a newsletter on Monday telling you that a must-watch documentary would be premiering on Wednesday.  BLOODSPORT is now live.  You can view it on Al-Jazeera English, check your TV provider listings for times.  You can also stream it on Al-Jazeera's website:

Or you can view it on You Tube
I am very proud that Advocacy for Fairness in Sports participated in the making of this documentary.  Feel free to share the links far and wide.  We hope to follow up with a full-length feature film focused on the many issues impacting players of all races in the concussion settlement.   I am also working on some action projects related to NFL disability.  Expect to see some national coverage of the settlement and disability in the near future.  I am working with those who have a broader reach to bring as much attention to the issues retired players are dealing with as possible. If you have questions about my work, or problems in the settlement or disability, or would like more information you can reach me at

Since most of my work is now done quietly behind the scenes donations to continue the work have been slim but the expenses don't stop.  Thank you to the two people who donated on Monday.  You know who you are!  Despite this, our bank account is still at a dangerous low. so I'm asking the rest of you to please, if you can, contribute to assure this work is able to continue. Since I am a disabled person on a fixed income, I’m unable to subsidize the expenses for Advocacy for Fairness in Sports without your help.  There is nothing I hate worse than asking for money, except giving up. Your tax-deductible donation of any size will be gratefully appreciated and put to good use.
Best regards,
