Oculus Developer Hub is a new PC program with features to make Oculus Quest development more convenient with fewer hassles. When developing for PC-based VR, testing a new change is near-instant, and by default you can see what the VR headset sees on your screen.

Oculus Quest Getting Passthrough+ API For AR Apps, Starting With Spatial
Note that while this API will let developers superimpose virtual objects into the real world, that doesn’t in any way require those devs to get access to the camera feeds. Facebook isn’t giving any concrete details yet, but says it will share more on the feature next year.

Unity Software has strong opening, gaining 31% after pricing above its raised range
