1) Call for proposals: 2020 COAP National Forum

Bureau of Justice Assistance's Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Program (COAP) is convening practitioners, agency and community leaders, service providers, and innovators from across public safety and public health disciplines and levels of government in a National Forum to be held March 10th-12th in Washington, D.C.
They are asking for proposals in an opportunity to share your expertise on the National Stage. This is an open call: Proposals are welcome from the field at large as well as from COAP grantees! Vendors and industry personnel may not be primary applicants; however, because partnerships with the private sector are critical to many efforts, representatives may be included as panelists. Click here to complete the proposal submission form.
Proposals are due very soon on December 20, 2019

Guidelines and Eligibility

(The submission form also allows applicants to propose emerging trends and innovations outside these parameters.)

Please review the submissions guidelines before applying. Questions? Contact Donna Jean Lindquist at
