Check in procedure... for all passengers
A Hüttcross race is a little like a regional flight. You must check in at least 30 minutes beforehand. Then wait around (possibly with some refreshments from the lounge). Then there is the jostling for the correct spot, the excitement of takeoff, the cruise or turbulence along the way then relief that you made the destination alive.
On-the-day check in 30min before your race at the rego tent, at the very latest.
Otherwise, you can still enter and race, but you will not appear in the results. No exceptions. The biggest challenge for our vollies at the timing tent is riders who haven't checked in on time, and who therefore don't have numbers in the timing system. If you are late, you will still be given a plate (to show that you are meant to be in the race), but you will have to turn your plate around so that it is blank (ie, the number is on the wrong side)
