As of September 4th, Japan denies entry from 159 countries and regions. The measures of strengthened quarantine (stay at the hotel for 14 days) and suspension of Visa exemption are valid until further notice. Also, for the time being, all passengers need to take the antibody tests upon arrival and wait for the results. Please feel free to contact us to help returnees. We can arrange the private transfer and hotel stay for 14 days for Japanese nationals overseas who are returning to Japan. For the prices, please check our services (PDF revised). 

The Japanese government has not yet mentioned when they will re-open the borders for tourists. With this situation, for FIT (individual travelers), we will not charge you for the cancellation fee until 21 days before the arrival date. We are checking all the bookings by arrival dates. Please inform your clients and let us know their final decision.
