Rogue Valley Vintners - May 2019 Newsletter

We are excited to share the new Rogue Valley Vintners brand with you

The Rogue Valley Vintners Brand Advisory Team has been working closely with Holly Macfee and the Lookout team to make progress on the branding concept and vision for RVV, and is excited to share the cohesive regional brand at our annual meeting on Wednesday, June 19. The Brand Advisory Team was chosen to consist of both RVV members and regional wine and hospitality professionals, with the goal to include both RVV stakeholders and fresh perspectives from outside our member circle, to ensure we have a diverse, comprehensive view of our regional identity and messaging.

Members of the BAT include RVV board members Steve Eadie, Barb Steele, and Bob Hackett as well as outside voices from Ava DeRosier of Heart Hospitality, Brad Niva of Travel Southern Oregon, Craig Camp of Troon Vineyard, Drew Gibbs of the Winchester Inn & Alchemy Restaurant & Bar, Galen Wright of Steelhead Advertising, and Bryan Wilson of Cuckoo's Nest.

We hope to see you on June 19 to celebrate the unveiling of the Rogue Valley Vintners brand, and to share in the hard work that the BAT and Holly's team have done.
Your invitation to Rogue Valley Vintners' annual meeting and celebration is in your email inbox! Kindly RSVP as soon as you are able. If you have not received an invitation, please contact us to update your email.

Asante and Travel Southern Oregon stepping up to support Rogue Valley Vintners

At the RVV annual meeting on June 19, Floyd Harmon, Executive Director at the Asante Foundation, will present some very exciting news regarding Asante's commitment to support Rogue Valley Vintners in the coming years. We hope you'll join us on June 19 as Floyd shares this special announcement.

In addition, Travel Southern Oregon (TSO) is strengthening its commitment to Rogue Valley Vintners by incorporating RVV's marketing and branding efforts into the cornerstones of TSO's broader destination development strategy. TSO has always been a close partner of our regional wine industry, and was instrumental in the strategic planning process that ultimately gave rise to Rogue Valley Vintners. As the administrator of Wine Country License Plate funds in the region, TSO will continue to provide RVV with high-level marketing opportunities, enabling the region to take advantage of opportunities that might not otherwise be available to individual wineries. We at RVV are grateful for the support and guidance of TSO, and we look forward to sharing the results of this partnership with our members and the region as a whole.
