Self Care Actions for Better Skin: 

  • Quality Sleep!
  • Hydration: Drink so that you don't pee clear. Your pee should always be slightly yellow (if your pee is anything but pale straw yellow please consult a doctor). Drinking too much water can lead to depleted minerals/electrolytes and water soluble vitamins (B + C). 
  • Nutrition: avoid processed foods and sugar (even some fruits and juices). Excess alcohol is a no no for sure and so is smoking tobacco or smoking in general (in Chinese medicine we associate the skin with lung and large intestine - one continous surface if you can picture it)
  • Self Massage / Microcupping: my facial cups come from Ukraine sadly. Maybe you can buy more to support the Ukrainian economy. Frozen jade rollers are nice too. 
  • Creams and masks and OMG : Some creams are better than others for sure. I like Environ products. I like to check ingredients for organic purity and animal testing at 
  • Exercise: brisk walking, running, dancing, swimming, tennis, cycling, ice skating, tai chi, qi gong.
