💂♂️ A London experience:
Sir John Soanes Museum - Lincoln's Inn Fields WC2
Linking with my visit to Bentley Priory a few weeks back, I finally went to the home of Sir John Soane!
Wow, what an eclectic collection. I certainly was not expecting this! In terms of free things to do in London this has to be very high, if not at the top of list!
My tip, buy a guide or download it on your phone. As the house is preserved closed to what it was like when Soane was alive, nothing is labelled, making a guide book essential. My highlight was "The Humours of an Election" collection by William Hogarth.
Also as a bonus point, definitely ask to see the disabled accessible lift. It is very neatly hidden behind a bookcase in a secret agent style, that in itself was incredible!
📺 I've been watching:
The Last Breath - Netflix
This really stuck with me. I'd put off watching this for ages, as its one of those watches that physically made me squirm. A poignant but enlightening watch. It really puts live into perspective.
Plus I had a proper geek out into the world of sat (saturation) diving afterwards!

🎧 A podcast I'm digging:
Confronting my Productivity Guru - Tiago Forte (Deep Dive with Ali Abdaal)
This podcast has spurred me on create a Second Brain system.
If you're not familiar with the concept, a Second Brain is effectively note-taking/productivity 2.0. It can be a hybrid of to-do's, databases, important information, previously captured insights etc. I recently purchased Forte's book of the same title; Building a Second Brain: A Proven Method to Organise Your Digital Life and Unlock Your Creative Potential. I will share my progress on this.
YouTube this week:
Unfortunately a slight delay on the upload, but the next video out will be a working shift video from the hottest day of the year back in June! It's a corker and I can't wait for you all to see it!
