COVID-19 Impacts to Olympia Police Services

Our officers will remain active in the public with our safety and service mission. We will respond to in progress calls where a suspect is present or there is a current danger to persons or property.

Our officers will respond by telephone to most calls that do not involve an immediate threat to people or property.  This may vary based on the circumstances.
If you have an emergency the help of a police officer, call 9-1-1.
For business related matters call the non-emergency dispatch number at 360.704.2740.
Police Station Business Office Hours
The Olympia Police Department business offices will be closed to the public until March 31, 2020. 
Online services
Our online services are available for reporting certain types of crimes, collisions and other services: City of Olympia Jail
The Olympia City Jail is operational, however the business office at the jail will be closed to the public until March 31, 2020. No visitation services or volunteer services will be occurring until March 31, 2020. If you need to get something essential to an inmate, call our Corrections Staff at 360.753.8417 for an appointment.
Fingerprinting and Concealed Pistol Licenses
Our Fingerprinting and Concealed Pistol Licenses services are temporarily suspended until such time as our business offices reopen.
