Request Your Vote-By-Mail Ballot TODAY!

Governor Hogan has decided that the 2020 November General Election will be held
as a "normal" in-person election. Vote-By-Mail ballots WILL NOT automatically be
mailed to all active registered voters, as was done for the June 2 Primary Election.

Vote-By-Mail ballot applications were mailed to all active
registered voters the week of August 24!

(If you have already submitted your application, you do not need to
submit the one you received in the mail.)

If you have not received your application, go to mcdcc.org/votebymail to
download, print, complete, and mail your Vote-By-Mail Ballot Application
or to complete the online form today!

Be sure to request delivery of your ballot by U.S. Mail.

If you request Internet delivery, you will need to download and print
your ballot and provide your own envelope and postage. In addition,
Internet delivery ballots cannot be scanned. Election officials must
manually transfer your choices to a ballot that can be scanned.

Concerned About Voting By Mail?

Vote-By-Mail Ballots can be returned by mail or deposited in official
Board of Elections Ballot Drop Boxes
 located throughout the County;
locations to be published in next week's newsletter.

Safest, most secure Vote-By-Mail voting method:

RECEIVE your ballot by U.S. Mail.

RETURN your ballot in an Official Board of Elections Drop Box.

voters - or any Democratic voter - for granted.

Sign up here to make sure all of our voices are heard!

We will make calls to hear  the opinions and concerns of our fellow Democrats in Montgomery County and Western Maryland.

In Memoriam: Tom Marcoux

William Thomas Marcoux, Jr.
October 15, 1956 - June 27, 2020

Team Potomac and the District 15 Caucus mourn the untimely passing of our
colleague and friend, Tom Marcoux.

Tom always found the time and energy to work for Democratic candidates and
caucuses. He never said he was too busy. One of the most difficult and demanding jobs
any campaign volunteer can do is go door to door. Tom was a champion canvasser.
Beginning in 2012, he lead Team Potomac canvassing to Virginia and helped turn Virginia Blue. Tom continued to canvass in 2016 and in subsequent District 15
elections, where he was a Precinct Official.

Tom was an Adjunct Associate Professor of Finance at the Maryland Global Campus
from 2011 to 2020 as well as a financial and tax advisor. He is survived by his wife
Rina and his brothers Steve, Keith, David and Tim.
