THE NOTA-BULL

September 2019

Hi neighbor,

The gardens around NOTA are looking fabulous! A huge thank you to the University of Rochester students for gardening in the Portsmouth Gardens for Wilson Day   Mayer Paint & Hardware for donated the mulch for the project and everyone did an amazing job.

The George Eastman Museum will be presenting their plans to the public for their upcoming renovations at the next neighborhood association board meeting  on September 24th at 7pm in the Writers & Books theater.

Bruce Barnes, the Ron and Donna Fielding Director of the George Eastman Museum, will share details on the museum's current and future construction projects, including the Colonnade renovation this summer and the new visitor center, which will break ground in January.

Last month, we took a vote on the after-show celebration NOTA would like to have, and a BBQ was far and away the top choice. This after party celebration will take place at Three Heads Brewing and Twist This food truck will be available for all BBQ needs.
For all NOTA residents and Word on the Street participants this includes one free beverage (beer or non-alcoholic).
