Cucina del Teatro
Anddddd a recap of Rome would not be complete without mention of the food! I haven't had pasta this good since my great-grandmother cooked for us on Sunday nights. This photo was of my last dinner in Italy -- homemade eggplant ravioli with tomato sauce, olives, and parmesan. We ate outside in a vine-covered passageway and listened to the sing-songy Italian conversation and bells from St. Peter's Basilica. HUGE thank you to Connor Duffy for the recommendation (and so many others who helped make my trip perfect!).
