Encourage your local bookstore to stock it! I think it also makes a great gift for kids soon going off to college, for home cooks, and Francophiles!

Upcoming Blog Posts

With school summer vacation here, my work day is diminished, so I am slow to produce blog posts, though I always am! Some upcoming gems will be: Beef Head Cheese, Moules Marinières (Mussels in White Wine), Veal Liver Meunière (Breaded), all done with my cooks and chefs in Bordeaux this spring! In the meantime, I am editing all the photos from these and planning for the book events!
