It is an exciting day for us here at Elmore!
Today, we are publicly launching a new brand identity - one which reflects how we have felt internally within our organization for some time. This effort is a culmination of much reflection and discussion, and I am thrilled to share the results with you, which include a new logo, company tagline, and fully reimagined website.
First, I invite you to glance above at our new logo of two speech bubbles, overlapping in the middle. Conversation is the core of our work - it is the way we discover and then promote the missions, visions, and messages of our clients. We felt this mark was the perfect visual to represent the connection, collaboration, curiosity, strategy, and support which comes from meaningful conversation and active listening. This logo reflects the essence and spirit of how we do our work.
There is a lot packed into our succinct new tagline, “Listen. Clarify. Communicate.” This is our process for most any project boiled down to its purest and simplest form. With this formula, we have found a meaningful path to successfully building relationships, fostering trust, and developing content which resonates.
The next part of our new brand may take some getting used to for those who have been with us for some time (and for our team as well)! We have dropped the "PR" from Elmore PR and from here on out will be known simply as "Elmore." Not because we are moving away from public relations - which remains at the heart of much of our work - but because we have expanded and evolved into so many other areas of communications beyond the PR identifier.
But why now?
Like many, the unexpected and unprecedented months of the pandemic had us seeking deeper clarity. Personally and professionally, people were reevaluating what they wanted in life and where they found meaning. And in that regard, Elmore was no different. As an organization, we began to think deeply about what our identity was saying - and what we felt it needed to express more fully in order to be truly representative of who we are and what we do. It has been an insightful, fun, and fulfilling journey, and I would like to thank 5+8 for being our creative partner throughout the process. I am proud of all that Elmore PR has been and am eager for this next chapter in the Elmore story. I thank all of you for being part of it!
