SEQ Water are visiting our Rotary Club next Tuesday Feb 2.
We would love to see you there!

Representatives of SEQ Water (the bulk water supplier for South East Queensland) will be giving us a presentation at our meeting on the water outlook for SEQ.

The presentation covers a range of topics including:
• Current dam levels and how Seqwater responds to drought
• Future challenges to our long-term water security
• Climate-resilient water source options, like desalination and purified recycled water
• Tips for staying water wise

At the moment, our largest water storage in the region, Wivenhoe sits at 38% capacity, the lowest level it has been at since the Millennium Drought.

Why not join us at our meeting, enjoy dinner with us, and ask some questions about our Redlands water supply.

Venue: Sharks Sporting Club, Colburn Ave. Victoria Point
Time: Gather from 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start.
Cost: Meeting is free, you only pay for your chosen meal at the bistro and any drinks.
