ROTARY OPENS OPPORTUNITIES!
I think as we come to the end of this Rotary year, we can honestly say that we were thrown many challenges and with that came many opportunities. As COVID hit we moved into a time of much uncertainty. What would our membership be at the end of it? Will the club survive financially? How will our members be affected personally by the pandemic in respect to their health? How will we conduct the business of Rotary?
These were questions that at times caused much distress and there certainly has been a change in the dynamic of some clubs but I do believe that as a District we need to be proud of the way the individual clubs took on the challenges. We took time out to catch a breath and re-evaluate how we would look coming out of the Pandemic. It has been amazing how the clubs stayed connected throughout this time.
