CIMmultus™ Oligo dT is a chromatography column with Oligo dT groups covalently bound on its surface. It can be used to rapidly isolate and purify mRNA containing a poly A tail.

With high flow rates and low shear forces, monoliths offer an efficient and mild approach to purify labile mRNA molecules.

The application note introduces CIMmultus™ Oligo dT column and shows that it can selectively remove impurities from the sample and represents convenient approach for initial purification of mRNA.
