It's Time to Ride the Wave!🏄🏾‍♀️🌊

Hi <<First Name>>,

I hope your morning is off to a wonderful start and you're feeling rested and at ease. I've been feeling really peaceful the past two weeks as I really settle in and accept our new normal. I'm happy to report that I'm back on a healthy sleep schedule, eating more intentionally, and spending each day more mindfully (Whew lord! The corona pounds were getting to me! 😆). 

Stay tuned for what I did to melt away the excess body fat I gained during #quarantine. I'll be posting another article on the blog this week!  💪🏾

I've come to terms with the fact that this won't be over as quickly as I hoped, and I'm ok with that. I know there is a divine purpose behind all things, both good and bad. Massive change is afoot and we are dealing with the uncomfortable and messy phase of change. So what can you do? Go with the flow of what is, focus on what you can control, and love on yourself harder than you ever have. This will be the key to creating your peace during this crisis and long after it's over. It's time to ride the wave of change!
You are already capable of weathering whatever storm comes your way. Flow with the changes around you instead of resisting them. Adapt and evolve.
