Closing the Chapter on 2020🌟

Happy Holidays! I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas. It's hard to believe that the end of the year is here, but I know almost everyone is glad that 2020 is coming to a close! While this year has challenged us tremendously, there were so many opportunities for us to tap in, become more in tune with who we are and what really matters to us. This was a year for deep self-reflection and self-connection. I hope you had the chance to learn more about yourself this year.

Today marks the last full moon of the year. 🌕The Cold Full Moon in Cancer is the last full moon of the decade, closing out a long cycle of change. Full moons are a time for endings and bringing things to a close. You may find yourself feeling the need to release a lot of emotions during this time due to the moon being in Cancer, its ruling sign.

Use this full moon energy to release anything you don't want to carry with you into this new decade. Allow yourself to feel anything you've been running from so that you can properly LET GO. Take some time to reflect on your life over the past decade, assess how much you've grown, and identify areas you want to focus on for growth in this next chapter. Let's be intentional about the tone we set for the next decade so that we can live our best lives! Write your intentions down during this full moon for added potency! 🔮
