The City Plan charts how we will build our future city to a population of two million people. It describes the choices we will make about how we build and move around the city. It is a plan for how, together, we will adapt, prosper and succeed as we grow from a big small city to a small big city.

THEY BUILT THIS CITY...
Students from Lynnwood Elementary School are true city builders. Watch as the next generation build models and talk about what is important to them in our future city.

YOU CAN BUILD WITH US TOO!

What choices do we need to make to be a healthy, urban, and climate resilient city of two million people that supports a prosperous region?

The City Plan and Zoning Bylaw Renewal are hosting a series of public engagement events in June 2019, inviting Edmontonians to explore the choices our city faces as we grow to a city of two million people. A number of public engagements have been completed but three remain. Join us.

Each event features a workshop and drop-in opportunities to learn about the City Plan and upcoming Zoning Bylaw Renewal, and to help develop the direction of the new City Plan.

Register using one of the links below if you would like to attend the scheduled workshops. Registration is not required if you would like to just attend as a drop-in participant. As a drop-in participant, just come by. Refreshments will be provided.
