New Group Discovered and Co-managed by Multi-PLATINUM
Country Star Jimmie Allen

Nashville, TN - June 27, 2022 - RED STREET RECORDS announced today the signing of duo Neon Union as the newest act on the label's country division. The official deal was inked last week at an intimate event at Brown's Diner. Comprised of Leo Brooks and Andrew Millsaps, the duo was formed by ACM Award-winning artist Jimmie Allen, who produces and manages the duo alongside Aaron Benward as JAB Entertainment’s inaugural artist.

"Ever since I heard Leo and Andrew play separately, I just knew they would make a perfect duo," Allen said. "They both have something really special on their own, and when they come together, it's just magic."

"I couldn't be more excited to welcome Neon Union as the newest RED STREET RECORDS artist," said Jay DeMarcus, CEO of RED STREET RECORDS. "They just have that infectious quality that captivates a room, and we knew right away that we wanted to sign them. I can't wait to watch these guys do big things."

"It's pretty surreal to be able to say we have a record deal," the duo stated. "We are so thankful to Jimmie, Aaron, Jay, Dan, and so many others for believing in us. We can't wait to start sharing our music with the world!"

New music is expected from Neon Union later this year.

Jay DeMarcus, CEO of RED STREET RECORDS, announced the launch of RED STREET COUNTRY at a press conference earlier this year at the record label’s headquarters on Music Row. A division of the record label created by DeMarcus and Co-Owner/ Chairman Dan Crockett, RED STREET COUNTRY solely focuses its efforts on artists within the realm of the genre of country music. As one-third of one of the most influential groups in modern country history, Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus is leading the new artistry-driven division and has enlisted a stellar roster of industry veterans and new team members to head up RED STREET COUNTRY. Their current roster includes Ryan Griffin and Neon Union. To learn more, visit

Comprised of newcomers Leo Brooks and Andrew Millsaps, Neon Union is a duo preparing to take country music by storm. Brooks grew up in Miami and has collaborated with artists like Pitbull, Lauryn Hill, Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige, Cee Lo Green and John Legend. Millsaps grew up in North Carolina and has been writing songs ever since the age of 13. And when Grammy-nominated country star Jimmie Allen heard the two perform separately, he became convinced that Brooks and Millsaps would make the perfect duo. Allen introduced the two, and the rest was history. Together as Neon Union, Brooks and Millsaps are bringing a new sound to country music, with 808 kick drums married to a traditional country lyric and anthemic pop melodies. Neon Union is managed by Allen and his business partner Aaron Benward as Jab Entertainment’s inaugural artist. To learn more, visit
