Legal Associates place the highest importance on the health and wellbeing of our workplace, clients and community, especially at a current situation of the countries around the globe, due to COVID-19. 

Therefore, we at a workplace feel like we need to mitigate potential risk and safeguard the continued delivery of legal services to our clients.

Our team of 14 Barrister and Solicitors, expert and administrative staff has access to online inquiry to help our clients while practicing social distancing. Our advice, scrutiny of documents and consultation

online will be as though we are seated in front of customers at our office. It will always remain personal, honest, confidential and transparent service.  

Our services include Immigration Issues including temporary visas, permanent residence applications, Family Matters including family harm and family violence, and all criminal matters including traffic infringement notices and related matters, Commercial, Property Matter including Conveyancing, Employment advice to both employers and employees, Company Law, Company Matters. 

We have decided to suspend free Legal Clinic which is normally held every Saturdays from 10am-12pm for time being.

Immigration Update

Given that NZ has declared a state of emergency and is at Level 4 on the Covid-19 alert system, many of you are sure to have numerous queries regarding their immigration related matters. The main objective of this article is to provide a summary on the updates of Immigration New Zealand that came into effect.


Courts proceedings during Covid-19

Please be advised that public access to courts is being limited for safety reasons. You can only enter the District Court or High Court for criminal proceedings if you are required or only priority proceedings. It is important that you contact your lawyer before the date your matter is scheduled to be heard in Court.
