The Workplace Wisdom Exchange - A Retreat

September 21-23, 2020

At the Trendy High Tech Aksarben Village in Omaha, Nebraska

Magic just happens at the retreats. There aren’t words to express the chemistry and spirit of those attending. The retreat has established itself as the friendliest and the most engaging, interactive, and useful conference on organizational culture. With only 48 participants including speakers, we are like a boutique hotel – small, personal and intimate. We see to it that everyone leaves with specific workplace culture ideas to present and test back home.

We love transparency and would like to hear from you with your questions or comments. Click here and let us know. Jerry Wagner will answer promptly and all is kept private. And, he won’t hound you afterwards.

There is active participation with and among participants. The event is not a place to just sit back and listen. It is also expected that each participant be engaged in the full event and not attend part time.

Following are some FAQ’s about the retreat. Especially note numbers 9, 10, 11. Those are solid takeaways. We don’t think you will find anything similar elsewhere.

The new Hilton Garden Inn at Aksarben Village in Omaha is where we’ll be for sleeping rooms and meeting space. The sleeping room rate is a low at $109.  The meeting space is high tech and superb.
