CIRCE & FIAB kicking-off trainings in Spain
In Spain, the partner responsible for implementing the INDUCE Methodology in the 5 Spanish pilot companies is CIRCE (Research Centre for Energy Resources and Consumption), with the support of the consortium partner FIAB (the Spanish Food and Drink Industries). The training activities in the pilot companies were planned regarding different previous assessments that analysed the respective needs and expectations of each company in terms of energy, energy efficiency and an in relation to an Energy Management System. Dutch workshops with strong behavioural component
The Dutch consortium partner TNO cooperates in INDUCE with technical training company KWA and sectoral organization FNLI for knowledge dissemination. The dutch partners chose to develop and run workshops with a strong behavioral component and are therewith paying attention to the fact, that behaviour of employees plays a vital role in energy efficiency projects. Using playful collective intelligence pedagogy in French workshops
In France, the consortium Partner ACTIA and its actions are implemented by its technical partner CRITT PACA. They chose to develop and run workshops with a playful collective intelligence pedagogy using construction games. The concept of collective intelligence is based on teamwork where a collective of individuals aims to achieve a common and shared goal, combining the efforts of each individual, and where interactions between people are the cornerstone of the approach. The first workshop was held in a wine industry and helped to make improvements on equipment and practices. Read more
ISO 50001 in focus of German workshops
Ökotec Energiemanagement GmbH with the support of the consortium partner Food-Processing Initiative e.V. are implementing the INDUCE methodology in 3 German pilot companies. The needs of the companies were carried out by company assessments. The first trainings took place in Winter 2019/2020 and were primarily focused on the main modifications of the ISO 50001. Read more
INDUCE Consortium meeting in Karlsruhe, Germany
From 22nd – 23rd of January, the INDUCE consortium came together at the Fraunhofer facilities in Karlsruhe (Germany) to talk about the next steps in the project. Besides two full days of meetings, the partners also got an insight into the local food and beverage industry by visiting a private brewery.
