Five Things to Know Before Launch Day

 
#1 - You Must Download the New App!

This is more than an upgrade. You must install Mobile 2.0 and it's available now in the iOS App and the Google Play Store now!
It's free but you will still need admin rights to your devices, including a username and password for the store, to download the app.

If you don't have admin rights to your devices, contact IT now to get this on their schedule. 
#2 - No More Device IDs!
AsgardMobile 2.0 allows the use of any device by any user. You will not receive a mobile ID, nor do you need to enter device names into Asgard! Your job just got easier!

#3 - Users Must Know their Passwords
Mobile users will log into AsgardMobile 2.0 using the username and password from their current Asgard profile.

Most mobile users have never logged into Asgard before, and may not know their username or password. Be sure your mobile users meet with their managers to learn their usernames and reset their passwords prior to launch day.

#4 - Staff On-Shift is Still Important
Users no longer need to be assigned to devices, but Users still need to be put on/off shift for accurate auto-assignment and assignee lists on the Work Order Create and Active/Work Order screens.
#5 - Register for a webinar
An introductory webinar will be repeated on multiple days and times, during the week of November 16th.

Watch your email and Asgard News for more session information. Be sure to register yourself and anyone on your team who should attend a session.
