MMA Family,
Our objective this Giving Tuesday, a global day of generosity, is to energize the collective power of our MMA family to come together to support the Missouri Military Academy. I ask that you consider a financial gift to MMA and our cadets. We are seeking maximum participation, and any size gift matters! My wife Kathy and I have already made our gift, and I’m asking you to consider making yours on Giving Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
The combined support of our MMA family, staff, faculty, parents, alumni, and patrons can make a powerful statement about our commitment to the Academy, our confidence in the strategic plan, the importance of our mission, and our care for our cadets.
Our goal is 100 percent faculty/staff participation, with the same participation from every parent, alumnus, and patron who receives correspondence from MMA.
You will receive an email from the Academy on Giving Tuesday, December 1, 2020, asking for your support. To make your Giving Tuesday gift now, please click here.
Among our top priorities that directly support our strategic plan and cadets:
- Academic programs: particularly science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM).
- Athletic programs and facilities: This year we are specifically focused on construction of our new baseball field, dugouts, and concession stand. We are also seeking support for lights for our soccer field.
- Cadet activities, including recreational equipment and our equestrian program.
- Military-related activities to include the Fusileers Drill Team, JROTC Raiders, and rifle team.
- Scholarship support for deserving cadets.
I am so very thankful for the professional and hardworking team we have at MMA, and the tremendous support from our parents and alumni. The strength of the MMA family and our dedication to our cadets shines brightly every day.
Thank you in advance for helping us reach our goal of 100 percent participation. Your Giving Tuesday gift — of any amount — matters!
